About indemnification

Our car rentals are all-inclusive and we do not charge any additional fees.

◆Accident
In the unlikely event of an accident or scratches (large or small) while in use, the company will charge a closed vehicle guarantee fee (as part of the operating compensation for the period during which this vehicle is being repaired) and a deductible if insurance is used. The following are the charges for the compensation for closed vehicles.

If self-propelled: 30,000 yen
If not self-driveable: 60,000 yen

If the coverage amount is exceeded due to a major accident, etc., the excess will be borne by the customer.
Damage due to mischief, hit-and-run, theft, etc. is also the responsibility of the customer.

子供も石垣島のドライブに大はしゃぎで楽しめました。離島ターミナルまでのお迎えサービスがあったおかげで、荷物が多くても親として大変助かりました。EKワゴンは室内も意外と広く、子供が後部座席で過ごすのにも十分なゆとりがありました。ただ、強いて言えばエアコンの効きが少し弱く感じたタイミングがありましたが、全体的には快適に過ごせました。家族の素晴らしい思い出がたくさんできました。

離島ターミナルに降り立ち、見渡す限り広がる石垣島の美しい海沿いのドライブに、すっかり心が洗われました。。小回りの利く車で島を巡り、窓から入る大自然の空気をたくさん吸い込む時間に深く癒やされ…スタッフさんの心温まるお迎えのおかげで、日常の喧騒から離れて南国の風に溶け込むような、ずっと記憶に残る素晴らしい体験になりました。。思い出すたびに癒やされています。。

正解だった。離島ターミナルまでお迎え来てくれてサクッと移動できてタイパ最高だね。EKワゴンも小回り効いて運転しやすくて文句なしだわ。絶対借りるべき。

離島ターミナルまで迎えに来てくれるのめっちゃ助かるw 軽だから小回り利くし、ナビも付いてて全然迷わなかった！島をドライブするだけならこれだけでマジで十分だわ。

大正解だった。離島ターミナルまで迎えに来てくれてサクッと車借りられてタイパ最高だね。EKワゴンも運転しやすくてカーナビ付きだし文句なしだわ。ただ少し日差しが強かったかな。
