  1. Reservation Confirmation
    After the reservation is completed, the following information will be provided by e-mail or phone call at least one day prior to the rental date in principle.

    For same-day or last-minute reservations, we may not be able to contact you in advance. In such cases, please be sure to present your reservation confirmation document (e-mail or reservation number).
    If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the business contact for each plan (provided at the time of reservation confirmation) directly.
  2. Driver Qualifications
    Only the person named on the rental certificate and the driver registered in advance may drive the vehicle. It is prohibited to allow a third party to drive the vehicle without permission or to sublease the vehicle.
    Drivers must carry a valid Japanese driver's license (or international driver's license) and be in good health to drive.
    Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (narcotics, stimulants, etc.) is prohibited. If a violation is found, the rental service will be immediately suspended and compensation for damages may be demanded if necessary.
  3. Use and Management of Vehicles
    Please obey traffic laws and use vehicles with care.
    Before use, please perform daily inspections (tires, lights, fuel, washer fluid, etc.) and immediately notify the operator of any abnormalities.
    Any damage caused by violation of the prohibition shall be fully borne by the customer.
  4. Response to accidents and breakdowns
    In the event of an accident, breakdown, theft, or natural disaster, please be sure to follow the following procedures.
    1. Immediately stop operation and provide first aid to any injured persons.
    2. Contact the police and obtain proof of accident (Tel: 110)
    3. Always report theft and natural disasters to the police.
    4. Contact the operator as soon as possible (contact information will be provided when the reservation is confirmed)
  5. Insurance and Compensation
    We recommend that you join an indemnity plan.
    A non-operation charge (NOC) may be incurred when a vehicle is out of service (amount varies by plan).
    Damage caused by intentional or prohibited violations will not be covered by insurance and will be the responsibility of the customer in full.
  6. Management of valuables
    Please do not leave valuables such as cash, passports, electronic devices, etc. in the car.
    The business is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
  7. Return of Vehicle
    ・Returns must be made at the designated time and place. Additional charges may apply for delays (amounts vary by plan).
    In principle, a full tank of fuel must be returned (not required for some plans).
    Clean the car and check for the following items: luggage (bags, clothes, etc.), electronic devices (phones, chargers, etc.), documents (passports, tickets, etc.)
    *If cleaning is required, an additional fee may be charged (amount varies by plan).
  8. Reservation changes and cancellations
    If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the operator of each plan (contact information provided at the time of reservation confirmation).
    Cancellation fees vary depending on the plan. Please check your reservation confirmation e-mail.
    Cancellation due to force majeure such as typhoons and earthquakes may be exempted from the cancellation fee depending on the plan.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    The following cancellation policy will be applied from 7 days prior to the participation date
    7 to 2 days prior: flat rate of 2,000 yen/pair
    Cancellation on the day before or the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee
    *Some plans may have different cancellation policies from those listed above. Please check each plan page for details.
  2. Cases not covered by the cancellation policy
    No cancellation fee will be charged if you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure, such as cancellation of the tour due to bad weather or flight cancellation.

    Flights were cancelled due to an approaching typhoon.
    ➡︎ If the flight is determined to be cancelled, it will be cancelled without charge.
    *You may be asked to show proof of aircraft cancellation.

    The trip was cancelled because the weather looked bad.
    ➡︎ If the tour is not cancelled at the discretion of the guide, a cancellation fee may be charged.
    If there are concerns about inclement weather, the guide in charge will contact you to let you know whether or not the tour will be held. Please understand that the decision will be made the day before or the morning of the day of the tour.
