Anshin Wide Compensation Plan: ￥1,320 /day (tax included)
Basic compensation plan + deductible compensation + non-operation charge compensation
We recommend the Anshin Wide Plan, which combines all coverage, for those who want to eliminate the worry of non-operation charges and deductible coverage for accidents, etc. in addition to the Basic Compensation Plan.

Q. Do you provide transportation service?

You can choose from Ishigaki Airport or Remote Island Terminal. (Free of charge)
*Please consult with us about transportation to and from your hotel. We will do our best to accommodate you depending on the location, date and time.
*First-come, first-served basis for free service, so we may not be able to meet your request.

Q. Do you have smoking cars?

All our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. If you smoke, you will be required to pay a cleaning fee (20,000 yen).

Q. If I forget my driver's license on the day of the tour, can I still rent a car?

If you do not have a driver's license, we will not be able to rent to you. Please note that it will be treated as a cancellation on the day of the event.

Q. Can someone other than the subscriber drive the car?

If you do not present your driver's license, you will not be covered. If you wish to register additional drivers, please present the required documents.

Q. Can I borrow a child seat?

Child seats, junior seats, and strollers can be rented free of charge.
*Numbers are limited, so please let us know in advance if you would like one.

Q. Are pets allowed in the car?

It is possible if you do not let the animals out of the gauge. *We may charge a cleaning fee (20,000 yen) if there is a strange odor or stains from animal hair when the animal is returned.

Q. I didn't have time to put gas in the car when I returned it. What will happen?

Payment can be made at the time of return. (Mileage at the time of return - Mileage at the time of rental) x 45 yen
Even if you refuel on the way to the airport, the mileage will be calculated based on the mileage at the time of rental. Please allow plenty of time for preparation, as the actual cost will be higher.

Q. Can beginners and minors rent a car?

Q. What happens if I am late and it is after 6:00 p.m., the business hour, for a one-day rental?

After 6:00 p.m., the room will be charged 3,300 yen per 30 minutes for overtime as it is after business hours.

Q. How much would I have to pay if I only want to rent for a few hours?

We do not rent by the hour, so even if you use the room for 3 hours, you will be charged for the whole day.
